If no setting is explicitly indicated, the values refer to luminous flux (lumens/lm) and lighting range (meters/m) on the highest setting, and to battery duration (hours/hrs/h) on the lowest setting. A boost function (if available) can be used several times, but only for short periods of time. If the light is equipped with (a) colored LED(s), the measurement values are given for the white light or the white LED. If the light has different energy modes, the measurement is made based on the “energy saving mode”.

IP-Class

IP ratings define the protection of the products against the penetration of foreign particles (mainly dust, dirt) and water. The IP rating usually consists of two digits. The first digit ranges from 1 to 6 and indicates the protection of the product against foreign bodies and contact. The second digit (from 1 to 8 or 9) indicates how well the housing is sealed against moisture or water. Basically, the following applies: The higher the value, the higher the protection rating. There is one caveat: Up to the protection rating IPX6, the lower ratings are automatically included when the protection against the ingress of water is indicated. However, both higher ratings (IPX7 and IPX8) refer to another type of water ingress (submersion under water). Once our system processes your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in a perfect condition.After they pass through the final round of quality check, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner.Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possibility. In case, they are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.

How are items packaged?

We package our products in courier jackets or boxes. Each individual product is packaged in bubble wrap while fragile items are safely secured with additional bubble wrap.

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation message on your registered email and/or phone number. As we prepare and ship your order, you can then check the status of your package through the 'Track' button on the 'My Orders' section. We will target at best efforts to dispatch all orders within 5 days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) of order date.

My order will be shipped in multiple shipments? What does this mean?

Don’t worry! This is a completely normal situation. This just means that different parts of your order may have simply been shipped from our different warehouse locations.

We have standard shipping charges for most addresses.We are currently not accepting Cash On Delivery orders.
