AERODYNAMICS

Every racecourse is different, with varying elevation gains, road curvature, and, of course, an endless variety of wind, roiling the course. After endless CFD modeling, wind tunnel testing, and real-world riding of prototypes, countless new designs were scrutinized, updated, and tested again,over and over. The result is a bike worthy of carrying on the legendary IA name, one also featuring the improved performance that disc brakes bring to the riding experience. It's not merely fast in a straight line -- it's faster in all conditions.

DISC BRAKES & THRU-AXLES

Disc brakes are the best means of controlling a bicycle. Period. Plus, they perform best in adverse weather conditions. Wherever the road takes you, and in whatever conditions you find yourself, the disc brake-equipped IA gives you the confidence to tackle any racecourse. To accommodate the added stopping forces provided by disc brakes, the IA features thru-axles rather than traditional quick-release skewers. It's a proven design that provides a more secure interface between the bicycle frame and the wheel, which also enhances the stiffness of the frame-and-wheel connection.

STORAGE SOLUTIONS

The IA comes equipped with Felt's integrated CALpac 2.0. This storage unit features ample space for all of the riding essentials to which a rider needs quick and easy access. Likewise, the IA includes the BTSpac storage device, located behind the seat tube. This unit is ideal for a flat tire repair kit and/or on-the-go tool kit, or any other items that a rider doesn't require while pedaling. It's shape has been aerodynamically optimized for the IA, creating no aero drag penalty.

How does the delivery process work?

Once our system processes your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in a perfect condition.After they pass through the final round of quality check, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner.Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possibility. In case, they are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.

How are items packaged?

We package our products in courier jackets or boxes. Each individual product is packaged in bubble wrap while fragile items are safely secured with additional bubble wrap.

What is the range of locations to which Triquip Sports ships their products?

My order has been shipped. Now how can I track it?

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation message on your registered email and/or phone number. As we prepare and ship your order, you can then check the status of your package through the 'Track' button on the 'My Orders' section. We will target at best efforts to dispatch all orders within 5 days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) of order date.

My order will be shipped in multiple shipments? What does this mean?

Don’t worry! This is a completely normal situation. This just means that different parts of your order may have simply been shipped from our different warehouse locations.

Are there any shipping charges applicable on my order?

We have standard shipping charges for most addresses.We are currently not accepting Cash On Delivery orders.

Does Triquip Sports ship outside India?

At present Triquip Sports does not ship outside India. However, we are working on starting international delivery to many other countries, so stay tuned!
